20 Something and Yes, I’m Catholic

I wasn’t always Catholic. I mean I grew up in an Italian family and was a Creaster Catholic. (Mass is only required at Christmas and Easter – and boy did I HATE Easter as a kid, don’t even get me started on the panty hose my mother made me wear in the hot spring weather of the South.) But I’m really just here to introduce myself and talk about my adventures of young adulthood. I realize more and more as time goes by that I’m not alone; and it’s nice to read about other people’s journeys too.

As a quick addendum, I want to add that while the name of this blog implies it is strictly about Catholicism, I plan on no such thing. I am very open about all the things this world offers (and that’s a lot.)
